The staff were excellent and worked so hard, the hotel runs like clockwork and it’s highly impressive. This made our stay totally relaxing and we had a glorious holiday.

This hotel exceeded our expectations on a last minute booking. On arrival we where greeted by amazing staff who explained where everything was and were very accommodating. Checkin was very quick and easy. Our room was lovely, clean and all the storage a girl could want or need. Full wardrobes and drawers. Our balcony overlooked the pool and bar area which was nice. We had a welcome drink in our room which was a lovely touch. The food was very nice and various options for every palate. We opted in the day to chill on the beach which was a very short walk as the towel people where out from very early and the beach was very nice and chilled. Options of food and drinks on the beach with service from the wonderful gentleman who always remembered our drinks. Evening entertainment was lovely and authentic The staff here are absolutely amazing and these elevated my review to what it is as they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing

3rd time at a Mitsis and as always the staff are excellent. They are extremely efficient and friendly. This was our 1st time at the Ramira but we stayed at the Mitsis Laguana twice before. The Ramira was not quite the same standard as the Laguna but we had the best time at the Ramira. First it's a great location right on the beach and had a nice breeze to take the edge off the heat. It's also close to Kos Town which made it convenient for days out and a change of scenery. I highly recommend renting a bike to cycle to Kos Town. It's only 4K, flat path and a cycle path all the way. It's all inclusive so there's no chance of being hungry. The dining room has a great selection of food. Highly recommend. In fact, we've booked again for next year.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Everywhere was clean, the room was cozy and also very clean, we had a sea view. Excellent and varied food and drinks. very good price-quality ratio, beautiful and well-maintained garden and swimming pools. A quieter location, but close to the main city. We thank Michalis for the excellent service on the terrace every evening. Greetings to the wonderful Janka from the hotel's souvenir shop, you will find everything there. All the people from the hotel made our vacation even more beautiful Thanks 🌸 Ludka, Martin & Alex

The staff were so friendly and hardworking. Smiling constantly. They couldn't do enough. The food was fabulous, a wonderful, plentiful selection. Minibar stocked all the time. Towels for the pool were fantastic quality. Hotel was spotless.
